Proprietary Training Systems
The OKC Tactical Marksmanship Methodology™ and OKC Tactical Core™ Systems were developed by 1SG John Ross and CPT Matthew Moulton as a series of two hour training sessions specifically designed for training civilian clients in the competencies they need to become proficient in firearms self-defense in a real world 3D environment.
The OKC Tactical Marksmanship Methodology™
The session is designed for shooters to create a foundation of highly effective Marksmanship skills and builds a solid foundation for safety, performance, and armed self-defense.
These training sessions is are for learning to shoot with our proprietary system and is designed to provide a hands-on introduction to marksmanship and the safe handling of your pistol with maximized interaction time with your private instructor. This private session, taught at a pace set by you, makes it comfortable to learn and easy to retain the information. This session will set a solid base for the armed self-defense skillset.
The OKC Tactical Core™ System
The system is based on 18 one-hour sessions that logically and efficiently progress our clients to a high state of self-defense proficiency. We don’t train our clients to be fast under known conditions, they train to be smooth and efficient under unknown conditions, speed will come when proficiency is reached. After completing the Core System many clients continue to regularly train with us. The OKC Tactical Core™ System prepares our clients for armed self-defense in active shooter, home burglary/home invasion, robbery, and general threats encountered while carrying a pistol in public.

OKC Marksmanship & Tactical core™ pistol training
Our OKC Tactical Core™ Pistol Program is specially designed to build a solid foundation of firearms confidence and competence and develop your skills for real world Self-Defense.
It is OK to be uncomfortable with your pistol when you first start shooting. Our sustained training model is geared to methodically transition you from marksmanship to defensive shooting. In Marksmanship you learn the fundamentals needed to maintain control of the pistol, learn the rhythms of your firearm, and get a kick-start in efficiency and economy of motion. In Core you learn to progress your skills in awareness, problem solving, seizing the initiative, and applying tactics. In short, we teach you to fight with your gun. These sessions can be scheduled any time of the day that an instructor is available. A 1-hour private session, taught at a pace set by you, makes it comfortable to learn and easy to retain the information.

Rifle Training

We start with Rifle Marksmanship and basic operation.
After progressing to the OKC Tactical Core™ program we build the skills needed to defend your home in close quarters. These sessions can be scheduled any time of the day that an instructor is available. A 1-hour private session, taught at a pace set by you, makes it comfortable to learn and easy to retain the information.
